چکیده
This study involves the analysis of residential segregation patterns in Jakarta, Indonesia, one largest global metropolitan cities. Our objective is to determine whether similarities religion or socioeconomic status are more dominant shaping Jakarta. To do so, we extended Schelling’s agent-based model incorporating random discrete utility choice approach simulate relocation decisions inhabitants. Utilizing actual census data from 2010–2013 time period and Jakarta GIS map, simulated movements inhabitants at subdistrict level. We set inhabitants’ religious as independent variables housing constraints moderating variable. The parameters (i.e., dissimilarity Simpson indexes) spatial Moran index maps) were dependent variables. Additionally, further validated simulation outcomes for various scenarios contrasted them with their empirical values. concludes that similarity than
